★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian man with hearing aid came alone and insisted on charging $10 extra after we helped with moving the box down 3steps(my house entrance is elevated slightly) and directly onto his trolley.
We had two people helping him so it took 15seconds, claims it is company policy and yet didnt even write it down on the invoice after we paid him. If it is the company policy then say it in advance, not demand money after it is done with me doing more than half the work.
Giving 2stars because the young men collecting the previous boxes (which were all bigger and heavier) were all very kind and professional.
