Fairly priced, however food is a bit too oily and salty

Food and services is well cook and served. Just need to hear the air conditioning does not flow well to all corners and the noise of children.

Went to visit a friend and family staying there, the apartment is not bad, quite spacious, with washing machine too

Her professionalism and excellent work attitude indeed impressed my hubby and I. She is a rare GEM! Good job, Michelle, and keep up the good work! We would like to take this opportunity to share the review about yummy dishes from the Metropolitan YMCA Restaurant. If you are a BIG FAN of fish head curry, it's a must try dish when you are there. Besides the fish head curry, fusion cabonara, traditional Singapore rojak, claypot chicken rice, chendol and sago gula melaka are worth to try too!

Best place to dance along the YMCA song! Instructor was fab and the vibe - OHHEMMMGEEE! I said young man!

Booked a daycation from 11am-5pm, reach at 10.45am and told us that the aircon was spoiled and they are unable to accommodate us. No proper apology and no service recovery was made .

Firstly, the room looked dramatically different from the photos featured both on Trip and on YMCA's website. My booking was for a suite. I returned to check with the concierge, but was assured, in verbatim - "There are many types of suites, and this is one type."' My request to change to a suite with a bathtub was also denied (photos of a suite room on Trip.com featured a bathtub). Moreover, the photos also featured a full-size refrigerator and a microwave oven in the kitchenette. None of these were available in this significantly smaller version of the suite. 4 beds were crampedly placed inside the room. Please do not take my word for it, look at the pictures taken by my wife. I would also like to add that the room, and especially the wardrobes had a musky smell which was obnoxiously unwelcoming. My prior request for a babycot put forth during booking was also overlooked. TV remote was nowhere to be found (a first out of all the staycations I've had!). Called housekeeping for help. Staff tried to dersuade us into not having the babycot by giving a visual description of how morbid it would look. "Your baby will be like in a cage". When we decided that we would still like the babycot, staff took half an hour to return while forgetting about the TV remote altogether. Did not return for another good 20 minutes or so. I resorted to searching for him along the walkways. Finally spotted him standing by a housekeeping trolley and reminded him. Only then, he sprung into action and told me that he was going to fetch me one. Lastly, no towels are provided for swimming pool patrons (also a first!). If towels aren't going to be available, it should have at least been made known during the check-in or at least when asked about the pool (because I did ask) and all that was told to me was that would have to exchange my card key for one that could access the pool.

Enjoyed the dinner and reminiscing the good old times when I dine here with friends and families. Gonna miss Metro Y restaurant and the wonderful staff when the close. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!
