★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is as decrepit as a host town, and it's a nuisenae to the eye. Apparently they said that they were gonna finish upgrading the building by 4th quarter 2018 but as of now it's not even halfway done. The only thing that is available to the public was the scouts shop and only that was upgraded. The staff was quite friendly and the stocks there are high. But the entire architecture just ruins everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This site is currently under maintenance and trying to find the entrance was hard enough. There will be a long, dark and wet corridor that seems pretty run-down but the Scout Shop is quite well-stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Girl Guides HQ looks like a proper HQ. This looks like the contractor went bust halfway and after 10 years of being stuck in limbo the Singapore Scouts Association quietly hired a cheaper replacement to finish the job.
