I’ve been a fan of mi the salon and some of their hair specialists for 2 years now. The staff is always smiling and ready to transform you ! What I loved was Michelle Ho even modified my color on a couple of occasions when the highlights seemed too pale for my complexion. Although hair salons are expensive and Mi is no exception the service keeps me coming back :)

It’s so hard to find someone who can handle indian curly hair but i am so happy that i have found MACHi!!! She is truly awesome who takes me through step by step in understanding the hair texture and how to maintain them. U see being an Indian boy i was not taught how to maintain my hair since young. Now, i don’t have to worry! Because machi (Tamil way of saying bro) i have got Machi!! Hehe.. come get yours!

Worst experience ever. Stay away from this salon. Not professional the stylist (Allen Lee) I saw completely lied to me stating he used a toner on my hair -when I showed another stylist at another salon for a second opinion they said it wasn’t hair toner he’s used it’s semi permenant dye. I complained that it looked so dark when all I asked for was a toner when I went to the salon. After the appointment I said I felt it was too dark- he said after two weeks of washing it will wash out. Two weeks later it was still extremely dark. I had to keep calling back several times just to get a response as Allenlee the lead stylist refused to message me back or return my calls, I insisted to speak with him and explained -another stylist is fixing my hair so i needed to know which product he had used - he at last admitted he had used semi permanent dye, no remorse or apologies absolutely appalling service. I do wonder if I had never visited another stylist he would have led me believe he had put a toner on my hair and I would have never questioned him. My complaint /distress was managed very badly. I feel Allen took complete advantage of my position as a customer and disappointed with his dishonesty. Picture on left -is after Allen’s treatment picture on right my hair before treatment. Before definately looked better. I asked for a refund and he refused to give it worst thing about this all is he didn’t even feel bad for ruining my hair and didn’t once apologise for it or for lying to me about what he had used on my hair. The picture below says everything about his skills. Appalling behaviour and probably worst experience of visiting a salon ever. If you make a mistake or lie at least one should own up to it and start with an apology. I will taking this complaint further my messaging the director directly. There’s no way any stylist should get away with lying to clients.

Ivan has always been taking care of my hair since 2008. Since then, even when I change my salons for a short while, i still find myself going back to him for various reasons:- 1. Quality Advice 2. He knows what i or my hair needs without telling him. 3. Great haircut n colour service I now bring my siblings along and introduce him to them. Thanks Ivan for the great service as always.. ?

Ivan, a Director at the salon, is my one & only go to person for my haircut, hairstyle & anything related to hair. Ive been going to hime for probably around 10 years now. He's a great stylist with a fabulous character, not to mention great with my hair! He's the only person I trust with my hair. Look him up when you're at the salon and try out his professionalism.

Thank you mi the salon for the nice hairstyle and I really love the colour so much! It’s exactly what I want! And the hairstylists in the salon are so professional and friendly, make me feels comfortable. I definitely will come again and introduce to my friends. Have been a loyal and regular customer of mithesalon for many years - even got my husband & friends in. Love how they’re always innovating their treatments and other hair services while keeping to the latest trend. The best part is the stylists are well-trained and have so much passion in what they do. You’ll never walk out with a service that you won’t like. They’re also super honest if they feel a certain service may not be suitable for your hair and offer alternatives. My regular stylist is Ivan and I’ve never let anyone touched my hair except him for the past 7yrs!

I’ve been a frequent customer with Mi Salon’s Ivan for the past one and a half year and I would say my experience so far has been amazing. He provides very professional consultation and listens to my request attentively. I always walks out of the salon with what i expected and my hair hasn’t been as healthy as it is now.
