Amazing experience at Action Hair Salon. My hair was dry and the colour was yellow when I came in and coming out my hair is even toned and soft again! My hairdresser Aaron was extremely talent and professional. Would recommend to come and get her hair done here.

I was a walk-in to this salon and was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Aaron was my stylist and I was overwhelmed by his knowledge and expertise. I haven’t had my hair done in 2 years because I had baby. He knew exactly what I needed to do without me even asking. The final result is insanely beautiful and I have never felt better. He is an absolute PRO! If you’re looking for a FIRST class experience and superb hair professionals come here. They also have Balmain products which are some of the best products in the world. Wow I’m impressed.

Jessie is a good stylist and understood what I was looking for. Also explained how I could take better care of my hair. Was upfront with what to expect, charges, etc. Happy with my experience. Slightly pricier than the average businesses around.

Esther is an amazing hair stylist. Frankly the price point is highly reasonable and the hair products offered here, unlike other hair salons, actually work amazingly well and are also relatively cheap. Everytime I come here, I love how my hair looks. 100% recommend to everybody of all ages and hair types. This salon does justice to your hair, so why not pamper yourself every once in a while with this luxury experience?

Got my haircut from Kyo and did a basic hair scalp treatment by Kelvin. Kyo is a very patient, experienced, detailed and precise hairstylist. He gave me some tips in taking care of my hair, walk me through their awesome Balmain hair couture product range. It was amazing and the hair spray that he used on my hair smells so good and it's nourishing. Kelvin service was very good too, he also gave me tips on taking care of my hair and told me to brush my hair everyday to prevent hair loss. I enjoyed the hair scalp treatment, it was very relaxing and comfortable. I have stiff neck and shoulder, Kelvin gave me the massage pressure was very firm and it does loosen my tension. Thumbs up!! Will definitely go back to them again! Thank you for the fantastic service! ;)

Got my hair done a couple of weeks ago with Aaron and it was 200% the best hair service I've ever done! Decided to cut my hair completely by chance as I was window shopping with family and my mum decided to do hers. Initially, I was on the fence about going ahead with it, but the way that Aaron advised my mother on potential styles taking her hair condition into consideration was impressive. Aaron himself is a licensed trichologist and by-far the most professional stylist I've ever met. I sat down not knowing what style nor colour I wanted, but everything was suggested perfectly by Aaron. He suggested a style and colour that would be more suitable for my age and help lighten my skin tone. At first, he suggested an inside colour highlight that's in trend right now but was slightly out of my budget range. Taking my budget into consideration, he suggested a balayage instead (I had no idea what that was oops but I just went with it). He picked out all the colours and tones as well as the sort of treatment I should get and it was the most hassle free experience ever. On my mum's side, he suggested a specific kind of highlight that would be amazing for grey coverage (it still looks really good today!). During the treatment itself, the service from the Action team was impeccable. To ensure that the process was being done as efficiently as possible, there were many assistants that came over to help Aaron with the dyeing, the bleaching, treatment, washing and so on. He explained what he was doing to my hair step by step and the reasons why he was doing so. A member of the staff would also check-in occasionally about whether my mother and I needed any drinks or refreshments while we waited. On the price side, Action may not be the cheapest salon, but it's definitely value for money. The expertise and care that they put into their services are worth it 100%. All in all, I would definitely suggest Action to anybody I know. Cheers!

My first time doing hair treatment and Roy, my hairstylist, was very professional, patient and accomodating. He knew at first glance that it was my first time and proceeded to explain things and provided recommendations but was respectful and not pushy. I had a great experience :)
