★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of January 2020, the experience was really nice. I had a sales woman take my bag from my hand so as to free my hands. Kept assisting me in my purchases showing me different things and suggesting based on my choices. I was dressed in terrible clothes and in no way looked rich; so I would argue that the customer service was epic. Got a great steal for Kaiwa sneakers as they were on sale. Would recommend!
