β β β β β Terrible service!! Sent my laptop for repair and had to wait more than 2 months for it to be repaired. No proper updates given on what was the problem or status on laptop. Will take them days sometimes weeks to reply. When I said I will have to lodge a report than they started replying with reasons such as my laptop was sent to overseas for repair. I was not even informed what the repair was about. Than they delayed further by saying laptop is not back from overseas. In the end they charged me $30!! Sent to to oversaes for repair but only $30. Best part they fixed my screen upside down. Now my camera is at the bottom. Did not even bother asking them to fix it as it would have take another 3 months plus my time and energy. Paid the money and left!! Never going back again!!!
