โ โ โ โ โ My first-rate mechanic is based here, but the building's road layout does not make sense. If you have to visit between the ground and first floor tenants, you actually have to exit the grounds! The two levels are separated by a road truncated by a No Entry sign!

โ โ โ โ โ Parking too expensive. Already spent money on repairing bike / car, upon exiting, still have to pay for overnight parking. Cannot imagine the parking cost if a car has to be left there for several days for repairs. Landlord, please spare a thought for your workshops.
