★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hk roast meat stall has been around in different locations in bukit Batok for more than 30 years before nestling here. Founder not in charge of the stall due to health reasons I believe. Standard not like before but still beat 90% of the roast meat stalls in Sg considering its a one man show now and a Burmese chef for that matter. Roast duck and pork are the go to. Char siew not so much.
