After speaking to Jake on my needs and requirements (ie. different tiered gift hampers for different suppliers and clients), Jake provided me with a proposal within 2 days and I was able to pick and choose different types of hampers for our different target market. We were impressed by the customized selection and it was tailored to our needs perfectly. The items in the hampers kept to the chinese new year theme and had a new-age spin to it! Definitely something different as compared to other traditional hampers which would ensure that we stand out from our competition. Collection was also fuss-free and efficient. A feedback would be for millidot to ensure that the items are secured tightly in the hamper and for the hampers to be packed easier for transportation. We would definitely order from millidot again!

I've used their services for both Christmas and Chinese New Year. The care and thought they put into their packaging, and the gift itself, really impressed my clients, with them reaching out to thank me. One of them said that after opening the gift, she put it back again and asked her son to video the unboxing! Others posted on social media, giving me exposure (unasked for but very welcome).
If you want something out of the box, something special that would impress, if you want to stand out, improve client "stickiness", Milidot's the one you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an update sms from SingPost once seller packed the order, and another sms once the parcel is delivered into my letterbox. This was a pleasant experience, I did not have to track my parcel all the time.
I got a silicone spatula for cooking in a nice purple color, the quality feel good, can’t wait to try it out! I also got the bookmark ruler, 28corner eraser, oh and the floating vase!!
The items were packed nicely in a recycled box with air bag in between, then tied with a thank you card. All items were received in good condition. Both their products and packaging are aesthetically pleasing. After getting a parcel myself, I think it will be good for gifting too! Thank u to millidot sellers for the great shopping experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was fast and I got a note from the shop too! My items came safely in a brown box and they are packed neatly.
I got a couple of stationery and home products. These include the Ketchup ceramic tray, the 28-corner plastic eraser, the magnetic box cutter and a dust cleaner. My favourite item is the magnet box cutter. It's small, handy and looks sleek as well.
I also got some little stickers depicting local food items from the seller, which is a pleasant surprise. Hope to see more products in the shop!
