Have always done my eyelashes with Anna as I appreciate her patience and professionalism in recommending the style of lashes that are suitable for me. The lashes are very light and comfortable, more importantly, the extensions lasts :)

Did my lashes during the 50% off promotion period and it was nice. Duration of service was really short (less than an hour) and turned out good. However I didn't like that there was a lot of hardselling and pushy attitude to get the 2 month package. Was persuaded to purchase the package before and after the service even though I was not keen. The consultation part was also quite short and no recommendations were given. Even worse, after standing firm that I was not going to purchase the package, they did not bother to explain the aftercare and did not give the complimentary spoolie until I asked (it was stated on their Instagram page that it was provided). Is this really how service should be if paying customers do not want to purchase packages? I was really irked at the hardselling attitude and this type of service will affect my decision to come back, albeit the lashes are nice.

This is not my first time doing eyelash extension so I know what to expect and experience here is not up to par to standard lash extension that you pay almost a hundred dollar for. Lashes fell out immediately the next morning when I woke up, and for the next week fell off about half. This is not normal because standard expectation is to have the lashes fall off along with your real lashes after at least 2-3 weeks. The gel wasn't done properly in this case. The staff attended to me also couldn't speak English so she barely could explain anything to me, either choice of lashes or after care.

Went there for the very first time, whatsapp to book appointment and everything was fine.. appointment was at 6pm, came in @ 5.45pm and they gave me the look that as if I make something wrong… and ask me to wait outside.. and told me to come again @ 6pm.. which I did.. always take about 1hour plus to get it done from other places and I’m surprised.. started at 6pm.. left eye was done only in 15minutes time.. and both eyelashes done within 45mins.. and got the cheek to tell me that my eyelashes are not long enough.. if it’s long, I wouldn’t have to do eyelash extension.. been doing eyelash extension every month.. and this is the worst experience I ever had.. I know she was rushing and did not do a good job.. make full payment and just walk off.. my first and last session… highly not recommended…

Very good lashes extension experience. However, regretted getting the body wax service. It was very painful. Would recommend the lashes service but not the body wax.

Super happy with my new lashes. I have been going to quite a number of places but hardly have lash beautician knows how to judge which type and length of lashes suits my eyes but Anna did a fantastic job here. Highly recommended this outlet and Anna, thank you once again❣

I made an appointment at Milly's yesterday evening to get my hair extended today. The girl who took down my reservation could not speak proper english but it was just enough for us to get an appointment in. It was made for 5pm at the tampines outlet. However 5 minutes later they called back and said they wouldn't be able to do the extensions at tampines and she said "you go suntec, tomorrow 5 o clock" so i said ok. Today they gave me 13 missed calls over the course of the day to confirm that i was going (PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR EVIDENCE OF THEIR CALLS- THE NUMBERS ARE ALL FROM THE TAMPINES OUTLET). She said over the phone, "today you do hair extensions ya?" and i said yes, 5pm at suntec. she said "you got appointment" and i said sorry? yes i have an appointment. she said "Oh? okok" and we hung up. Im now ready and on my way when I call them to tell them i'll be slightly late, they say "we have no appointment for you" and i asked them what do you mean? basically there was a good argument between me and all the beauticians at the tampines outlet who were arguing over the phone (which i could clearly hear) about who said what... in the end, i called the suntec outlet directly to see if they had a slot for me, and it being 445, they said they didn't have time because it takes 3 hours to extend ones hair and they have a client coming in at 6pm. The only real person that was helpful was Chelsea who is part of the office and she was the only one able to help me get someone to do my hair. In the end I chose not to do it because the attitude of the staff is TERRIBLE. i don't think i would ever trust people who can't even get a booking right to handle ANY part of me. not my eyelashes, not my hair, not my nails... nothing... so PLEASE.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MILLYS.... NOT EVEN WORTH THE EFFORT OR TROUBLE TO GO THROUGH WITH THE BOOKING.

I went for eye lash extension and 1 month later went back to remove. They literally cut off my own lashes to remove the fake lashes. I had to wear specs to cover my uneven lashes for months. NEVER do ur lashes here.
