Taste is good but portion is very small. I guess fish and vegie are expensive.

Decent comforting bowl of sliced fish soup. The clear broth was sweet and rich in flavour. Fish slices were fresh enough. Downside was their portion was really small, and more pricier then other fish soup stalls.

nestled in AMK Ave 5 coffeshop, serving up hearty bowls of comforting Old School Traditional goodness sliced fish soup that is rich in flavour AND can be prepared according to own preference of lighter or stronger version according to palate. Very authentic no MSG and the fish slices served here are really thick and very fresh that lock freshness and sweetness in every bowl. A dip into the fermented bean paste would further elevate the taste. Unlike some other fish soup with options of fried fish, or inclusion of evaporated milk, here @mingxing_fishporridge rest assured you would need none of them. Each fresh bowl can be served as Soup only or with Mee Sua / Yi Mee / Thick bee hoon / Thin bee hoon / Rice. The fish here are succulent and very fresh, with no fishy aftertaste. What I extremely love is how I can customise with add-on such as fish head, fish roe, meatballs, bitter gourd, tofu, tomato, prawns, squid to create a more full-bodied soup & gave that extra hearty boost. The fish soup has an amazing taste that you can’t help but to be addicted to. If you love fish slice soup, this is the place to come!
