★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black version is nicely sweetened with the crunchy raddish bits inside! I like the fragrant wok hey taste to this because Uncle has some skills to prevent the black sauce from being “burnt” which can be bitter if it is not well done, so great job to the Uncle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced fried carrot cake @ $2.50. Generous amount of black sauce was added, making the black version sweet and savoury. The carrot cake itself, had a smooth and soft texture. You can also order a plate of half white and half black too. Worth to give them a try, if you are around this area.
