★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to a salon to get proper hair treatment and coloring. They took the time to explain what the process is like and advised me on what would be best for my hair.
They took a few hours to do it and they're detail-oriented! They made sure that every strand and part was coloured evenly. End process turned out amazing!
Customer service was amazing, hot tea was served during my time there. Both hairstylists are absolutely pleasant, genuine and professional. They opened about 2 months ago and a friend recommended me to try it out.
Definitely going back there again. Will write more reviews for my subsequent visits. It's far from where I stay but worth the travel. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! Went to get my hair color in a single tone. Not only did it take more than 2 hrs for a simple hair colour, the colour turned out completely different from what was discussed with the hair stylist! She could still tell me that next time I should come and do highlights. I asked for a light brown hair colour and I got a dark chocolate brown instead. If she couldn't do it, then she should have told me right from the start. Not waste my time and money! Also very rough handling. Visit at your own risk.
