That short hair women pressured me so much that I hav to pay extra for their package $500+. I nvr come back. That was 2 years ago.

Very friendly. I walked up without an appointment and was able to get the exact haircut I wanted and was not pressured into buying any additional products I don't need.

I have been using the saloon in Zhongshan mall. Service was excellent. Xiao Wei is very good in her skill. And they are very forthcoming and helpful. Janice

Xiao Wei & Lucy from Zhongshan mall outlet have been attending to me for the past 3 years. I have continuously bought packages from Xiao Wei. Her service is irresistable. She knows her job inside out. She also understandsy needs and recommends appropriate treatment. Her attitude also attracts me. Attitude is the most important factor for a customer to continue to be clients. So Xiao Wei has very good attitude and she's very proud of her job. Sadly, many people in this industry aren't. Wei is dedicated and provides very good service. Enjoy every treatment session. Would be good if can provide cheaper pricing for hair colouring near scalp only since not the full hair length.

My 1st visit to Skye Organic Hair & Scalp Wellness at ZhongShan Mall. Was extremely pleased with the result. Hairdresser was detailed in shaping the haircut to my needs with suggestions for advise to suits my requirements. Coloured result was natural and yet trendy. Highly recommended to friends to patronise . Do remember to book appointment with the salon to secure your slot.

Extremely bad experience with this salon. I went to this salon for their Organic hair coloring and scalp treatment. Before we start, the hair dresser showed me a sample color plate to choose a color. I choose number4.0 from the sample but the hairdresser tried to convince me to take color44.0, although they are similar colors. I'm not convinced with the number 44 which belongs to a different series and has more red element than the number 4 category. I insisted with my choice... While during the process, I asked to see the package and take a photo for my own record. She was reluctant and eventually showed me the packaging of color 44 which was applied. I could not believe it. The manager then showed up and tried to explain to me that 44 was exactly the same as 4... Totally unacceptable service attitude. Disappointment No.1. Number 2 was a few days after my scalp treatment. My scalp was itching and having lots of dandruff. On top of that, a week after coloring, my hair color appeared rather dark than dark brown (which is the color i choose)...

So I would like to share my value feed back,, what happened with me, so one beautiful day after my pregnancy I decided to do some make over and get pamper, so I went down near my home to this salon where I have taken service before, met the hair dresser discuss with her colour and every thing she ask me to come down on Saturday which was 15th of January, then as I enter she told me oops I called u to change your appointment I bymistake Took your appointment anyway after that she is ready to do my colour which I was very excited for, then after keeping colour for more then hour I knew there is something wrong as my colour start changing to orange ?, Omg I was scared like a hell then she came immediately she knew she did some thing wrong she start putting other colour and on my crown part, then bring me for wash and this is wat I got result, instead of helping me she ask me to go I m busy now with client I was devastated don’t know what to do, she called here manager and talk something in Chinese language I spoke to manager they promise to change and help with the mess she created gave her Watsapp number then I spoke to her and left the place, kept contact with manager immediately but the manager totally vanished then later I contacted there Instagram handler they said they will get back to me I but until now no one get back to me, most importantly what they did they went on ask some officer to call me as I didn’t pay them, lord they didn’t ask me to pay they instead ask to change my colour give me service I deserve, but the officer was nice he ask me to go consumer court, which I refused I hade 3 Month old baby how m supposed to have so much time, I m very sad and disappointed with u ppl, you didn’t even check camera and see your girl behaviour and instead went on complain about me where I was the victim. I hope in future you guys don’t disturb some one mental. And yes Maria your sorry was waste bcoz u didn’t even care to help your customer.
