β β β β β The repairs and maintenance on my ebike were very well-done. The three guys in the Woodlands store today were very polite and helpful. Apart from the repairs, they went the extra mile by pumping my tyres and cleaning my bike, definitely worth my trip today. Thank you very much.

Having issue with my bike derailleur due to wear and tear.. and too having short conversation with them.. as time is running low for me.. still give them a thumbs up ?after adjustment. Good advice too..Thanks you all for the time and good advice ? ?..

β β β β β I purchased my Volck Carbon road bike and have taken it on a couple of rides already. It simply is an awesome ride. Very smooth and the gear changes are efficient in transition. Good Customer Service where I was allowed to test a couple of the bikes for ride and comfort. I then could make a decision based on my testing results. They also threw in a helmet, a front and rear light and a bike lock as well. Thank you!

β β β β β Best Guy!!!, meet Daniel today due to my ebike battery both are spoil, he mentioned new battery cost 200 plus. Then I ask him about volck mountain bikes, he was able to give me full details of the bikes. In order to change batt he mention to consider getting one of the volck bikes seen im interested. Then again it was true enough I got 1 volck bike today itself.

β β β β β Got my first carbon MTB from there. The lady (jazz) is helpful in assisting and explaining the questions that I have. As there are a few groups of customers. We went on to try different size bike. Eventually confirmed the Large bike. And thanks to ski who install the bike and did a proper check on the installation. Overall happy with the experience. Will recommend friends, just that the distance from west to woodlands is alittle far.

β β β β β Ms.Jazz is very friendly and accommodating. You dont feel the pressure at all when serve by her. Very patience in explaining and the aftersales from Ms.Jazz and her team is really good. Not pushy for sales..
Was hunting for my first bike and initially wanted to compare a few other brands but made up my mind and pay deposit for Volck Marl 6. Also Minimotors allow us to test the bikes that are available outside the shop. This makes it even easier for me to decide.
Although the wait for my bike to arrive was quite awhile but it was totally worth it. Good quality carbon fibre bikes and great bikes!
Also many thanks to Daniel and a young boy staff for assembling the bike and accessories I bought from them.
Look for Ms.Jazz if you are heading over or you may give them a call first. ????????
