First time buying a foldable bike and Valarie was very patient in teaching me how to fold and keep the bike a few times. It was a good experience and their service is very good. ?

Friendly staff who is patient and honest in explaining to a newbie. No hard selling. Budget friendly for a foldable bike below 10kg, Shimano 8 speed, hydraulic brake, one of the smallest foldable bike. Loved the design and colour too.

I experienced excellent customer service at Bike Atrium today! I was attended to by the female salesperson (sorry i missed out her name) who was very patient and attentive to us. I was just looking to buy a basic foldable bicycle (ie cheapest) and she eagerly answered all my questions. My family and I even left the shop after a while to look at other stores and she was not pushy at all. We came back after a while and she remembered us. Even though she was serving other customers, she remembered us and even apologised for the wait. I still bought the cheapest model but 2 units instead as my husband felt that the service rendered was A+. We were given a few free gifts and some discounts on our other purchases. She also patiently explained how to fold the bicycles, warranty and basic care to a newbie like me. The test cycle can also be done outside their shop, plenty of space and she just left us to do our own testing. No stalking at all which I really liked. Oh ya, she was very kind to my kids even though they kept asking questions and distracting her. A very family friendly place and recommended for newbies like me :)

The shop has very helpful staff and mechanic. They answered all our queries and helped us so much with setting up our bikes! They also offer lifetime sevice warranty for the bikes. So glad to have bought our Ethereal bikes from this shop!

Went for drivetrain wash when Bike Atrium shifted to woodlands on 01/04/2022. Very pleased with the results and the helpfulness of the staffs! A thumb up for the good service! Will be back again! ?

Brought my bike in to upgrade some of the parts and servicing. The staff was very detailed in the servicing carried out and managed to find all the issues that were bothering me during my ride. Gave super useful advice on maintaining it, definitely coming back again soon! They provide servicing and deep cleaning services, highly recommend it!

This bike store is a nice local gem. Was deciding to get a few simple non high end (read Brompton) bikes for the family and chanced upon this brand at a road show in town. Went to their outlet and service centre in Woodlands (a little far but ok if you drive). The store has a lot of space for you to try out the different models and ride around the carpark area which is quite safe on a weekend. Look for Jay if you need technical help as he is knowledge and very patient in explaining to your questions. Cindy who is the front counter staff is also easy going and pleasant. Overall their service is top notch which made the whole experience very good. In SG, it is not easy to find good customer service and Jay and Cindy sure provided them very well! Overall well recommended bike shop for pricing and customer service!
