★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disapointing experience for all the 3 times when visited the shop.( took 1 old cycle and 1 new cycle for minor repair)
For all 3 times the uncle incharge seems not at all interested in repairing( 1 time it was just only a matter of single screw and he told cannot give and asked to change entire brake set, second time told the rotor is having oil stains cannot do here. If thats the case your shop needs to put a name board saying " No bicycle repair"). He rather told 'i wont do it'.
If cannot do atleast can advice as a part of customer service.
Expect poor customer service to people who havent purchased goods from this shop. Seems only those who purchase things from him gets good service. Feels this person lacks technical knowhow. I guess they are only good at assembling new things other than analysing the actual technical root cause behind.
Same minor issues i got it done from nearby small poor shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the bad reviews but decided to give this new shop a try as it is closer and there are some reviews that say that they had a good experience. Very poor service, uncle give attitude and overcharge for simple services such as tightening one single nut, please DO NOT GO, there are many better bike shop is Woodlands. Go 888 plaza way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the bad reviews I saw here, the shopkeeper was great. I initially went to another bike shop nearby but that shop was closed. So I gave this one a chance. I wanted to buy bike chain oil and nut drivers. The shop did not have nut drivers but the shopkeeper told me another location nearby where I could find them. He even helped me identify the size of the nuts I had on my bike. He also saw me struggling with my bike stand and taught me how to navigate it properly. Will definitely come by again if I had any problems with my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, charged overpriced and bad attitude from the owner. Went to repair my bike but end up getting asked to repair myself. He even mocked my bike. Never go to this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the uncle to show me the inner tube cuz I want to see whether the tube was fine but he yelled at me saying want or don't want. After he changed the inner tube in the tire, I went cycling on the road and the tube slowly eject all the air in the tube which almost got me crashing into a car!
AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE CUZ THE UNCLE WILL SCAM YOU AND THE STUFF IS OVERPRICED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything sucks. From the frame to the handles to the breaks to the paddle to the tires. Dell so expensive, thought material good. End up, felt like kenna con. Breaks and paddles and tires all spoil within 3 months. Staff not helpful at all, say buy the bicycle in the store, Everything come back fix/adjust things is free. End up abit spoil just need to tun abit, staff say spoil need buy new 1, another few hundred dollars. Worst bicycle shop, don't recommend
