Rude...don"t deserve any star

Brought my car for wheel alignment after changing new tires, attended by a very friendly young chap ah Lim, got it done in 20mins. Went off but discovered the steering wheel was tilted to the right whilst xar is moving straight, drop him a text and gotten a call from him at about 9pm the same day and was told to go back the next day to re-adjust. Overall very satisfied with his customer centric's services and attitude. Will recommend and go back to him again. The price is also very reasonable at $50 while other quoted me higher. Dont take my words, try it yourself.

Solid place to do wheel alignment, price starts from $50. Recommend anyone who needs tyre alignment to consider this shop. They sell tyres and rims too. Support this hardworking man!

I came here for wheel alignment on 1st Oct 2021. After adjusting the alignment, the mechanic took my car for a test drive. The test drive lasted strangely long on a Saturday 11am, which the area has very little traffic. I came home and check my dashcam, found that the recording stopped from 1119am to 1133am. The last moment of 1119am was recorded as an Event due to g-sensor acceleration and recorded video showed the camera shaking towards one direction a few times (as if someone trying to push and eject the memory card). Then, the video stopped. All my other videos in normal condition when traveling thru humps or bends were stable and did not have such shaking behavior. Mechanic denied removing my memory card. Strangely, the camera just stop working for that few minutes when driving away from workshop, then amazingly resumed working when on the way back to workshop. Boss were initially helpful in checking the investigation and also agreed with me that the test ride were too long. However, no reply from him since. I am not driving an expensive car. If mechanic seek permission to drop by somewhere on the way to get something, I may agree. But doing so without permission and denied doing so, is bad. I leave the public to assess and judge the case.

Very slow service as they only had one person up to do it . 4hrs just to do alignment and adjust camber . That too charge me $170 . 4hrs on top of that camber and alignment not even done right . Disappointment and never coming back ever again .

I hardly write compliment but this I need to Pen down. After major parts replacement at SKM, car was driven to Kem Auto for wheel alignment as recommended by Ah Heng. As usual steering wheel was tilted to the right whilst ride going straight (old problem after every wheel alignment) Through Heng, was attended by Ah Qiang, saw him from his previous employer before @CJ. Ah Qiang knew his stuffs well and immediately look into my alignment and my camber setting. We chatted and I am impressed with his passion and interest in automotive service industry and trust me, he met beyond my expectations and he took pride in his work! Very satisfy with his customer service and personality despite his young age. Highly recommended and price also reasonable. Moving forward, I will let Ah Qiang take care of my wheel alignment. Definitely one that added value to Kem Auto Team! Now I enjoy my ride with perfect alignment from Mr . Ah Qiang. Thumbs up and you will go far as you put your heart in everything you do. Once again, thanks Ah Qiang! Regards.
