Studio is of a comfortable size for those who prefers a small and non-threatening environment for enjoying and learning dancing/pilates. Toilets are very clean for changing and staff are always friendly and helpful. Quality Instructors and prices are reasonable too. Studios are also available for rental for small events/meetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, my daughter and I attended the Professional Image Grooming & Makeup Course conducted by Michele, after getting to know about it when I was there on my regular Pilates classes. My daughter and I have learnt much from the afternoon spent with her. She showed us how to put our best look forward, such as determining colour tones in clothing and skin, most flattering makeup look for our faces for different occasions, appropriate products for us, etc. Both of us have different takeaways from the course as we are at different stages of our lives but regardless, we both felt we have benefited a lot from the course. Thank you, Michele and Yi Qian!
A word about their Pilates Matwork classes - the instructors are fantastic, experienced and very encouraging. Classes are small so the instructors could give personal attention to everyone to correct posture, which is so important in Pilates. I enjoy the classes and am motivated to continue because I can feel I am getting stronger and more flexible even though I am already in my late 40s. Will keep at it!
