★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally made it to Hong Lim Market to buy lunch to support local hardworking hawkers. Bought 五香 from this store and found that a few items (especially my favourite guanchiang ?) were missing when I reached home. Will remember to check before paying next time. The 五香 is delicious nonetheless! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. All ingredients were fresh fried and century egg had a nice buttery texture. Beehoon was not too oily but adequately moist for my palate. Just felt that the price was pretty expensive. One could easily find better and more affordable food around Hong Lim or Chinatown Point. Nonetheless it's still a great breakfast/teabreak meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money. Only the signature prawn is reasonably priced ($1.50), others are expensive and taste so-so only. Egg roll taste more like flour than egg. All these for $25.60 even though I mentally calculated ~$16. Lady boss pretended not to hear when I asked why it is so expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The oil that use to fried stuff is fresh, however, the food is bland. So while you don’t taste any bad frying oil, you couldn’t taste any favour from their self-proclaimed signature prawn cake as well. They definitely lack seasoning. The other fried stuff is just average. So many other good choices in the food court, don’t waste your calories here.
