I ordered an ornament in early April and was charged twice on my credit card...still have not received the item I ordered. I am beginning to think this place is a scam.

I ordered an item from this company and when I finally got it, the item was not what it was described to be and there was no way I could possibly use it. I contacted them for instructions how to return it for refund and they refused to send me instructions or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a beautiful blanket in memory of my husband on April 9, 2021. Got a pkg on May 12, 2021. It is the ugliest black and gold throw!!!

I ordered products from this company in January and her it it the last week of April and I haven’t got it yet. Sent them several e mails and for nothing. Just took my money.

I ordered 2 items from them in November. It is now the middle of January and I have yet to see the items I purchased! I tried to reach out and only see an auto generated email response. Do not make any purchases through them!

Never order from this rip off company,. You will not get anything that looks like your order. No refund. Nothing. Looks like a child make it. I just lost 121.48 to these crooks. I paid through PayPal, they are suppose to help their customers. Well don't bet on that.

I ordered 2 what I thought was advertised as rugs from this company.They took 1 month to get there, and we’re not rugs but printed very thin mats.I contacted them and so far they have refused to take them back.I am willing to pay for the return and they can sell it to someone else.Please never deal with these people. Wayfare and Overstock and Amazon have similar products and help you rerun items. Very bad company!!!!

Placed order and cancelled same day because description of article was wrong -- claimed it was King size spread and after reading the actual dimension it was Queen size. I got back an approval of cancellation within a couple of hours (well within their cancellation window) but have never received refund - it has been over 5 weeks waiting for refund. Every time I inquire it is comes back with "be patient, the refund will appear in a PERIOD OF TIME". I have contacted by credit card company and cancelled the transaction since company has not refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
