Couldn't agree more with Estee. horrible class experience, didn't know the instructor was the co-founder. zero cue, zero breathing work, instructor didn't pay much attention to participants, just focussed on herself. Equipment were very new but really under-utilised. Accolades can be deceiving ... don't waste your time.

I would give a minus 5 if I could.I signed up for the class on classpass and I walked out of the class after 30 mins. In my 12 years of pilates experience, I have never had such a ridiculous experience. I was received with the rudest and unfriendly instructor. When I asked what springs settings, I was told "do what you want since you have been to many studios". We were asked to repeat each exercises for more than 20 reps. Then asked which leg is weaker, we were asked to repeat that leg another 20 times. There was zero cueing. Zero setup positions, zero breathwork zero alignment attention zero communication.. Asked to go on 4 point kneeling, we were told " face whichever way you want and used to". Basically she was unwilling to teach. I left when interrogated about my pilates background. I have never left a scorching review except for moral reasons. If she is an employee, I say "good luck" to the owner. If she is the owner, I warn everyone to go to a proper studio and check out certifications credentials. I traveled an hour to get a workout but wasted my time n money and had the most unpleasant human experience ever. I have never experienced such negative body language and tone in my life as a paying client and I am still shocked as I write this.

Had a recent visit to Modern Pilates International to rent the use of the reformer and space for my instructor training. I had a great time with the assistance that was given to me ahead of time with response to my messages to help me confirm the rental. I was also pleasantly surprised by the clean facility, friendly in person assistance offered to me by Gerald who showed me around and offered the options for my time there. I was able to complete my session with all the assistance and would come back again to rent the use of the equipment.
