It indicated 2 days, but although I ordered the food only yesterday at around 5 plus pm, it was ready for collection today, the very next day. Customer service was also good, as they called me to arrange for delivery instead. The prices were also very reasonable with the 60% discount. Very satisfied.
w	wing m. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store did not deliver as per order and refuse to refund/exchange due to the use of 1st timer promo code. So do take note on that, as a convenient reason for them to refund/exchange anything. Will not order from here again, prices are not cheaper than others anyway.

I was looking for wired fox terrier size but the product come as golden retriever adult size. So I was trying to exchange to different size, but it's rejected. I understand that is due to hygiene concern, but I explain that I haven't even try the product to the dog. I hope the customer service can do better, instead of just rejecting, please see case by case. I spent $29.90 and now it's wasted. Based on the email, basically almost nothing that you can return/exchange if you buy from this store.

I've been a longtime customer but my most recent purchase, 4 days before Xmas, which is traditionally the most hectic delivery season, arrived the following day! Hence the need to write this well deserved review. My orders always gets delivered one or max two days after I make them, irregardless of which address I send it to. They always reuse packaging and pack with such care that I have absolutely zero complaints. I trust things that they sell on their site because they curate them!!! Yet pricing is kept competitive/affordable. I truly don't think this is possible unless the people behind this own and love dogs themselves, and I am thankful for it! Oh on a frivolous note, the deliveryperson even sends cute customized GDP stickers :') May not come across as much but it tells me that he/she takes pride in the company they work for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They were responsive -- understandably, the reply was not instant but within an acceptable timeframe. What I found really helpful was the expiry date of the product that they provided me, without even having to request for it. This was what I appreciated the most as it gave me peace of mind in making the purchase. This service alone differentiated Good Dog People from the company that I regularly purchased Honest Kitchen products from as it would not provide this information even when I requested for it. As for delivery, it took only a day after I placed my order online. The delivery was within the time slot that I chose and my order came in good condition. I'm very pleased with my first purchase with Good Dog People and will certainly make my next purchase with them.
