Chanced upon this stall and saw the banana kueh. Almost couldn't find this kind and size of this kueh anymore. Nice and crispy on the outside, warm and tasty inside! Certainly goes well with a nice cup of coffee.

Always like their curry puffs & fried banana fritters. Though their banana is not sweet and not soft enough. The firmness of the banana is just something that I prefer. Fried spring roll not to my liking as I can see beansprouts only. A little too oily. Haven't get a chance to try their kuehs as often sold out fast B4 noon.

A decent Kueh Kueh that you can find in Bukit merah area. ABC hawker center. I have tried their goreng pisang, they have varieties of goreng Pisang depends on that day. Sometimes Pisang tanduk, Pisang raja and Pisang kepok which the most commonly used ,taste wise mild sweet and sour flavor and firm texture that will not crumble upon being fried Best to eat while is still hot ,they fried in the morning and 2nd shift I noticed , around 3pm they fried again . I also love their fried green bean balls or known as Gendang Kasturi which make from green beans , coconut milk, sugar ,self raising flour , corn flour ,rice flour , baking powder etc...?? This Kueh Gendang Kasturi is my favorite. You eat these Kueh with a glass of good and not too sweet tea halia tarik ? yummy. Regarding of price ,I bought 2 goreng Pisang raja and 1 epok epok kentang, they charge me $2.30 then on my 2nd round I bought ,1 sardine puff , 1 goreng pisang and 1 Gendang Kasturi also I paid $2.30 So you have to ask them how much per piece..is a little ? confusing..sometimes this price and sometimes $2.50 for 3 pieces of Kueh .. I just wish they stated the proper price on their counter or on the display glass. So do remember, please ask for the price , I guess I was hypnotized ?? by looking at the varieties of Kueh Kueh that have till I forgot to ask the price and just pay what they told me...??.
