I ordered a small soya bean cold with less sugar, they gave me a hot soya bean yet the 2 lady staffs attacking me non stop kept saying i never say i wanted a cold soya bean. If such a simple courtesy also unable to achieve then i think better stop serving customers. I am a cancer patient and i don't want to argue so much so i say if this is so difficult then i don't want it anymore. And the younger lady return the money to me and the older lady gave me a hard look. What a morning....

If cannot count please key in the right amount in the Pos. Before i received the changes, wanted me to wait outside for the waffles. If not happy, can quit and sit at home. Googles cannot find the boss contact numbers. If can i will complaint her. If anyone know the boss numbers, please leave them in the comments below. ? If can curse and yell in public like her, i will do that on that day.

B	Beatrice Yeow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous service of staff, was at the shop wanting to purchase 5 breads of 5 dollars through Shopback, when I walked in and enquire, one lady told me I was able to select any bread. When I was queuing for my turn for payment, the two older ladies shouted at me, saying I could not use this at this timing, only possible to redeem during the day time before 5pm plainly because the bread are on promotion now. I used to recommend people to their egg tarts and siew pau, now I am disappointed with the attitude and service of this shop. Hope they will be more polite to customers, because this is not the way to keep your customers coming back!

No need to hit the tong on the table to ask me to pick up the waffle, I am only standing INFRONT of the table! Disgusting attitude. The auntie with the shoulder length hair with specs!
