Very bad service, not worth to buy from...

The fat spectacle lady selling nasi lemak sell attitude as a side dish. Never buying again

The stall managed by different group in the morning and afternoon. The morning crews are better attitude than afternoon/evening.

The staff cutting the chicken very rude....always pass remarks at customer....he should go on leave if he feels like provoking customers...I don't know about afternoon staff but he is the morning staff....very rude really rude, never gonna step into that stall anymore....Good price but rude staff...kawan station should send their staff for course

They sell rather cheap food such as nasi lemak, chicken rice, drinks, and snacks. The chicken rice costs $2, but the serving portion is rather small. But I'm not complaining. Try not to buy food from the malay stall though as the fried noodles I bought from them turned out stone cold, which says something about their level of hygiene.

On 19th of April around 7.30pm, when my parent wish to takeaway food from there for the first time, A group of 5 staff was chatting among themselves without one meter safe distancing & they're not wearing masks properly as well as acknowledging us too. Suddenly, the pink color T-shirt auntie was asking my parent "What you want !? Chicken Rice ah!" impolitely so she pointed my parent to the chicken rice counter, my parent followed to do so when my parent was queuing up but that auntie pointed at my parent once again & shouted at my parent very badly for queuing up not in line claiming that my parent didn't watch television about the social safety distancing & has no knowledge, she even curse & swear at my parent while spitting saliva it's very unhygienic. She also repeatedly requested for our complains to her boss on her bad attitude & bad customer service "You go and complain me lah". After her curse & swear on my parent, whole staff in the Nasi Lemak counter were laughing & clapping to celebrate their victory on winning a verbal argument against my parent. They even never wear their masks properly by hanging their mask on one ear/covering their chin only. My parent responded to the Chicken Rice auntie asking that why those 5 staff aren't wearing their masks properly & didn't have a safe social distancing meter between them another guy responded with shouting "You don't come here and find trouble!" and pointing middle finger at my parent as a threatening hand gesture. My parent was badly scolded for no reason, my parent just wanted to buy Chicken Rice when my parent felt upset for being badly humiliated & discriminated by all these staff as my parent leaves they even started clapping & laughing loudly for winning a bad argument. I would rate 0 star if I could because the staff attitude & customer service was so bad till almost nobody want to buy food from Kawan Station due to their unfriendly & unhelpful attitudes to the customer. Please take immediate legal & enforcing actions on their business sole-proprietorship as this tarnishes the image of Singapore's F&B service standards.

Today 07/01/2022 at 0610am wanted to buy chicken, the Chinese young lady from China is very disrespectful, requsted to ask extra chili very rude said cant and just walk away. Couldn't able understand her ENGLISH LANGUAGE. BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, FURTHERMORE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 15MIN TO BE SERVE AS I AM THE SECOND CUSTOMER AT THAT POINT OF TIME. NEVER EVER COME OR RECOMMEND TO THIS SHOPOTHER FRIEND TO BUY THIS DISPEC

Who is the owner for this chicken rice shop? Ask extra cili but the china staff never bother but still take money & give chicken rice wt 1 cili. If u want charge extra for cili need to tell or at least put some more cili in packets. Many times went this shop but ignored by staff when ask cili. I don't know how million u going to lost wt extra cili but u already lost many customers
