Done their work with photos and videos shared regularly for update. However,we will need to monitor the situation if the mold mites return after some times. 1 of the room last minute to add wall painting and they arrange and finish the work accordingly. Over a week time and it is good. Thanks to them for their hard work.

James called and explained the process to understand the important of the entire procedure which made me comfortable in engaging their services. They arrived on time and started to walk me through the entire process again. Then they will set up a WhatsApp group chat to update every step of the way to ensure that the treatment of the mold is well taken care of. We compared and asked around but we felt that Mold Medic is better in terms of responsiveness and approachability. Now we are definitely sure that they are very professional. The uncle who helped us really did a great job and help us touch up some areas even though it was out of the “scope”. The paint was also very low odour and the entire process took about 4 hours to finish the toilet and bedroom.
