I had been to yew tee branch many times. The staff there is helpful and good pawning price. When i am in doubt of yr installment plan, the fair fair chubby lady explanation is very clear and i will go and look for her when i want to buy gold. Sorry i didn't get her name.

I used to visit this branch quite often and had deals numerous times. The staff whom I had deals before are all friendly and nice and they would make you feel that and you are always welcome to any inquiries. I just can't contained my disappointment to this staff who seems not happy about her work and shows no interest in dealing with client like me. I am referring to the eldest staff in this branch and I can see in her face and gestures that she has no interest in dealing with me. She is not saying a word and literally the only thing she is doing for me is to open, take out and put back the items. She didn't even take out the tag of one of the items and I just looked for weight of the item from a small gap in the box and even computed the amount myself. I asked her if i could take photo of the item and she said yes and for the second time, I asked her again if I could take photo of another item and told me "no" and said that taking photo is not allowed and she already allowed me once. I approached another staff and asked how many times can a client take a photo and she said 3 times and the eldest staff just stood there and act like nothing happened. I swear, I would not come back to this branch unless there are other salesperson who will be more happy to serve me.

I had a very good impression on one of yr staff Chloe. She is a very cheerful and helpful sales staff. Very attentive and give me opinion when i am indecisive. Good service and when i want to buy gold , i will come back and look for her.

We were happy to be served by Josh Pang fr Yew Tee Branch. He was very polite and smiley and showed us all the items we were interested in buying and was very patient when we were not able to decide immediately. We were impressed that he gave us good suggestions that led us to purchase 2 items instead of just one! We definitely recommend this shop and come again to get other items. The pricing was good and service provided by Josh Pang was excellent!
