★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to renewal my pawn tickets and paying the interests however app is down whole day can’t even access. Worse once it is back to normal the interest will increase which means I have to pay more making it as if the user’s fault not paying the interest on time. Called the hotline was told to go over to same brand for interest payment which was so ridiculous. There’s so many outlets around which should make it flexible for users. Utterly disappointment. Not recommended
