★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very happy and pleasant experience getting my rings from Venus Tears. I was looking for customised and pretty rings of great quality and yet affordable. There were a lot of exquisite and unique designs from Japan. I really appreciate SinLin's help at JEM's branch. She was very attentive, patient and helpful towards my needs and requests. She was also very experienced and gave very good suggestions on various ring designs. The ring box and packaging are very cute and pretty too! Great service and lovely designs here at Venus Tears :) 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of rings and great service by Sharon. If you're unsure about your ring size, make sure to measure at the beginning. I suspect I spent too much time browsing in the air-conditioned store that my finger shrank slightly. The ring is a little tight and likely requires resizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a wide variety of rings to choose from, ranging from simple yet classy to stunningly eyecatching - definitely worth checking out.
However, the real kicker was the amazing customer service provided by the staff at the JEM outlet. Special mention to Sin Lin, who (despite having a full day of appointments) still took us through the entire process of picking our rings and diamonds with lots of enthusiasm. Her recommendations were spot on as well, and both me and my partner are extremely satisfied with the rings that we decided on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Venus Tears with my fiancé to get our wedding rings. Staff Sing Ling were very polite and attentive to all our quiries.
The experience here, I would say extremely good, as we were rushing for our ROM date. Venus were efficient enough to make the ring according to our size in less than 1.5 months.
I would highly recommend Venus Tears!
