★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an pre-departure ART appointment days before going to the clinic, but still wasted almost an hour for standing and queueing there.
I understand things are quite hectic but when I asked the staff, she rudely replied me “can you see the lane there?” as if they’ll address me any soon. Just cancel the appointment system if it is not in use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for opening on a Sunday at a reasonable price. Doctor didn't try to over prescribe medicine either, unlike some other clinics. I don't normally review clinics, but wanted to show my gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Xie is my go to doctor whenever I’m unwell. She’s super patient and extremely knowledgeable. I can say she belongs to a rare breed of doctors who are able to show empathy towards patients. My children absolutely loves her. Their favouritEST by far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to clinic whenever anyone in my family needs to see a doctor. We saw Dr Charlene today for COVID for my 18 month old son and she was so gentle and yet thorough with her care and professional in the swab test. She even gave a little gift to my son which he loved. My nephew also came here for HFMD and the treatment was equally top notch. Doctors here are kind and experienced. Dr Joyce Xie is also one of our favourites and we highly recommend this kid-friendly clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum tested positive at home, and had a few symptoms such as cough, headache etc. We came about 10pm and were served only around 1plus. Had we read the bad reviews here prior to going to the clinic, we would not have come here. Anyway, the doctor informed my mum that there is no need to perform any swab at the clinic as she had done the swab at home. Is this even the right protocol? So far the GPs or polyclinic I have been to, if I had any COVID related symptoms, they would perform swab test just in case. I was tested positive recently and the doctor at the polyclinic informed that they had to report the case to MOH. So for my mum's case, there is no need to report?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to visit this clinic because everywhere else is closed on Sunday but left because of their bad service. What a terribly rude receptionist they have!
Door and sign on the wall says to proceed to counter directly for queue number if not there for ART/PCR swab. When asked the receptionist politely about registration, got rudely told to stand outside. There are no clear demarcations on where the "see doctor" queue is so I tried to clarify and asked receptionist to direct me. She did not help but snapped at me instead. So I went outside to queue. Shortly she came out to shout at all the patients that the inside queue is for swab and outside is for doctor visit.
I understand that the clinic is busy and hectic, but we are all unwell patients. What a terrible attitude to have towards patients. No patience and uncaring. HORRIBLE, DO NOT VISIT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tested covid positive and had bad fever yesterday at midnight, and was really panic. Besides, the 24h clinic close to me didn’t bother to answer my call.?
So I had to try the Unihealth Clinic which is slightly far from me. The girl at counter answered my call with a soft voice and she told me yes, you can come.
Then, I took taxi there. The doctor was also very nice and gave me some medicine and told me didn’t worry too much.
Now I feel better, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night at around 7pm. I went to the counter and told the doctor i was there for a mild allergic reaction, The receptionist at the counter was nice and very straight forward. The male doctor who treated me was very thorough and helpful with suggestions. I've been here once once before and had a pleasant experience both times.
