★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service and unreliable! Received an SMS on 3 Jan that my parcel was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Delivery personnel called at 2pm on 4 Jan to inform that he is outside my doorstep, but there was no one when my helper opened the door. When I tried to call back, no one pick up. Yet, the delivery status for my parcel stated that it has been successfully delivered. I am trying to contact the company now, but couldn't get through the number on the website. This is one of the worst delivery service I've ever encountered
