I signed a facial package in Morphosis. Been there 3 times for facial, after facial the next day my face will become dry, itchy, and red. I called the beautician, they asked me to go back for treatment, they put mask for me. Last facial was in Feb, my face still itchy, dry and red after facial. I did feedback to them again and sent them the photo of my face. The beautician called and informed me that they will refund the the balance of the facial package. I didn’t agree to their suggestion because they are very not responsible. They should help me to solve my skin problem since they are the one causing my face itchy and dry. But until now i still haven’t received any call or update from the person in charge to follow up my case . I highly not recommended this facial centre due to their unprofessional and irresponsible. I don’t want you guys be the next victim.

Really relaxing facial, very nice ambience and service. Staff Belle is very friendly and patient in helping me clear my skin. Skin got better after this. Definitely will recommend ??

They use every tactic to hard sell to force you upgrade your package. I go facial with my husband. Even though I have one free treatment but my husband Facial is much more longer than mine. This is because they drag my husband mask time to have sufficient time to pursue me to upgrade my package. Is a very bad experience!

Signed a massage package with them and they hard sell you at the end of your every session. Massage and facial is really so so but have to admit that the environment and place is clean and nice. They sold me package of 10 sessions for $500+ and keep pushing for 20-40 sessions. They even resort to showing me invoices and how other clients are paying for $700+ for the same **** and how they fought to “retain” my current price of $500+ for me (because I displayed interest halfway) and if I choose not to continue, the staffs will get reprimanded. I really did consider signing more with them at one point but I realised that they really CMI and have a very bad attitude. I believe the China lady is the boss and her service is bad, she don’t even serve you when you’re there on time. I waited 30 mins after my appointment and there was nothing from her at all except that I have to wait without knowing that it’s gonna be 30 mins. There’s also a rude Malaysian staff who just walk off when I ended up not signing a new package. Bad experience, and I rather throw my money into the big sea. All in all, they are very pushy and fake to have you sign more packages but trust me, you can easily find a better deal out there. Avoid at all cost

Agnes did a really good job with my facial! She’s so gentle & went the extra mile to use the facial tweezers to help get rid of the hair from my nose & cheeks area! She also advised me to put on facial mask for my dry skin! I felt so good after her shoulder massage!

Took the Relaxing Facial with Belle and she's super sweet. She banters a lot with customers and is really friendly. Treatment here is good too; was served with tea upon visitation and they don't hard-sell. Extractions didn't leave my face too red due to the calming masks they used.
