This restaurant is tucked away in a secluded corner behind Long Beach. Interior deco is rustic and homey. Service staff was friendly and attentive. It was a good start. But when the staff explained the dining concept we were confused. We were to agree among ourselves which dishes we want coz all of us will be sharing the same dishes. Okayyy… We opted for the $85++ per pax and topped up another $20 each for the Wagyu chuck roll. Was a bit shocked when the dishes arrived. The portions were terribly small! The photos I showed here were to be shared by 3 adults. Now I understand fully why the place is named β€œMorsels”. Food was generally not bad but seriously nothing stood out. I could only use β€œcreative” to describe the dishes. $105++ per pax for the bite-size amount if food is way too expensive. We left the place feeling rather unsatisfied and we headed over to Newton for satay and bbq chicken wings. Very unlikely I will return. Try once is enough.

Food is tasty and well presented but not entirely special. The $45++ per pax sharing set lunch is barely enough to fill half the tummy of us two ladies. The main course we selected was trout that warranted an additional $8 per pax. The coffee we ordered was ghastly - worst ever tasted, so skip that! For $136 for two of us, I think we can get better food elsewhere in terms of both quality and quantity. PS: The photos of the food - each plate was shared by two people. I guess the restaurant is living up to its name, Morsels. ?

came here for the omakase dinner. all the dishes and desserts were presented beautifully. i like all the food, except the main as the steak was a bit chewy. the service and the ambience were good. the current spacing of seats in this small restaurant was just nice due to safe distancing.

Tried the omakase beef and lamb menu and had a wonderful time. Lost count of the number of dishes in the end but wasn't left overly stuffed nor wanting for more. Interesting mish mash of eastern and western flavours and ingredients, each exquisitely plated. Mixture of tastes reflects the thorough thought process behind the creation of each dish. Probably something worth exploring for the occasional special occasion.

Very nice food with local flavors brought out in many of the dishes. The waiters are also chatty and like to talk about the food and wine they serve.

Wonderful homely location in Dempsey tucked away in a corner. The $65 set menu is great value, especially with the delicious pasta dishes. The lamb small plate was on the slightly chewier side but dishes like the maguro tartare and quail really did well. The dessert was unfortunately quite underwhelming. Staff are very friendly and pleasantly surprised my dad for his birthday! Will want to try more of their noodle dishes.

It's a bit hard to find tucked in the corner and Google maps pins are some times a bit "wonky" in dempsey. a little frustrating but thankfully dempsey is not so big, so you should eventually find it. if it helps, pass the como side, as it winds right, there is a left. The place looks like it was an old stables judging from the door. its rustic inside, we clear 'Sustainable' hints. The wine cork chopstick holders is a nice touch. The food is tasty and comfy. the place is small and cozy. I went over lunch and it was not too busy. I am not sure if the experience degrades if it's more crowded. I chose the vegetarian menu and i enjoyed. The Burrata and the Savoy Cabbage were my favorites. Service was decent and helpful.

Hands down the best restaurant in Singapore. The vibe is like a sweet, hole in the wall French cafe and the food is like a top Michelin star restaurant. Had our best meal of our entire trip here (and, honestly, one of the best in my life), and it is absolutely worth the cost.
