The staffs are friendly. The tandoori prawns is flavorful if you like seafood. The portions served depends on the number of pax and is usually sufficient.
R	Rahul Bhade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not for their classics like Fish Head Curry and Biryani Rice Located on Dempsey Hill, there is a staircase going up from the parking lot…Outdoor seating is available and there is a very big hall inside with tables and fans.. Got the fish cutlet, chicken tikka 65 for starters which were good. Mixed Vegetables and Mysore Mutton for the mains were yum but the Butter Chicken was industrial orange and very sweet..I did not expect it to be nice here as it is..The naan basket came out piping hot and was soft. Overall service is good and the food comes on time, but getting their attention can be a task and sometimes even if they come to the table they are looking somewhere else making you wonder if your order will come at all.. Best is to stick to their classics which you know can’t go wrong.

Don't think we can say any of the dishes were spectacular - the curry fish head was ok, a tad spicy but not exciting in flavors. Masala chicken was average, gobi was deep fried, butter chicken was underwhelming too. This place might be an institution, but many other Indian joints could give them a run for the money.

They don't need to create the glamorous ambient as they know they do create good food. The fish curry was amazing, the curry was tasty. Chicken masala and mysore mutton were amazing too. Staff were polite and service was fast. Definitely coming back.
