RedDot Brewhouse - 25A Dempsey Rd

This is my all time favourite brewhouse in SG. Nice relaxing atmosphere and great crisp local microbrewery. Situated at the historic Dempsey Hills, this place is abundant with foliage and colonial touch to it. Beers with great flavours and twist. Food variety isn’t quite what one would expect from a good restaurant like this. Moreover, I would like to bring this out very specifically that there is absolutely no consideration in the menu for people who don’t eat meat. One giveaway item on the menu for each food type. Restaurants have to come of age and understand that meat is not the only food that world eats. Barring this, RedDot will always be my GoTo place for a nice afternoon beer on this hot and humid island or for a good evening pour with friends and family. Unfortunately due to SDMs the live music is currently suspended, but that doesn’t kill the mood as the place has always got a great vibe to it.

Ambience is amazing on a Saturday evening, with amazing live band. Restaurant is pretty spacious. Food is decently priced and tasted pretty great. Served a great variety of quality beers, definitely a must try for beer lovers. Washroom hygiene pretty okay too. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? Downside for an alfresco restaurant, I would be expecting more fans and even better ventilation. Overall pleasant experience, would return, probably on a rainy weekend evening looking for good food and drinks. Oh, and plenty parking spaces! But don’t drive to drink! Overall,

I will start this by saying I am not a beer drinker and this is a brew house. I thought this was a lovely casual outdoor venue if you are after a drink and something to eat. The downfall for me was the options and the service. The service was friendly but so incredibly slow. The worst part was the timing of the meals, with everything coming bay different times with at least half an hour between the first and last being delivered to the table. Additionally as a non beer drinker I struggled finding something decent to drink. The cocktails were syrupy and very sweet. I would have loved them to have more options in beer cocktails like Heart of Darkness do. The food was reasonable and the prices were good. The pasta serving was very small but everything else was a decent portion. I had the burger and it was nice. If I drank beer I would have no issue coming back to have some drinks and snacks.

One of my favourite wind-down places, with their own brewery. From time to time I take their unique green beer. The place is always beautifully decorated, especially during Christmas period. The staircase to the hill also adds to the experience. The Parma ham pizza is a bit on the stingy side, could be more generous with the Parma ?.

Lovely place to hang out. Dog friendly. They promptly offered a bowl of water for our dog just before they took out orders. Nice ambiance. It is not hot even on a very hot day. The servings are good portion and delicious

Good food visited them during the Christmas period loved the vibe and atmosphere! There was so many people who were celebrating their birthdays they played birthday songs and serve cakes! Only thing was they didn’t have any of their seasonal beers that was the main reason we visited the place to try! ?

Tried green lager beer - easy to drink, fruity, quite good. Pork knuckle is the star. The skin is very crispy, and the meat is tender. Sausage is good too. And don't forget the nice ambiance.

Good brewery. Staffs are friendly and the ambience is good. I guess the night is better with lights. Price of foods are quite expensive? I feel like 1.5 times more than normal price in the city maybe. Quality of foods is normal for me. I liked the ambience there most.
