She is patient in explaining the pros and cons with detail calculation of saving. No hard selling. I am totally stress free to take my time to decide which bank loan I want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for re-financing and usually did with the same bank all the time. But this time I decided to look a bit more and came across MortgageWise and contacted them. I received immediate response and within an hour a lot of details and solutions were provided.
The person in-charge Eileen was so prompt and even responds very late into the night as well (although not really expected of her).
The solutions and options were plenty and she could zoom to what I need based on my requirements. I went ahead with one of the solutions given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda is absolutely professional, the best broker I've come across. She's super prompt with her replies, very knowledgeable and reliable. The whole refinancing process was smooth and I got a good deal. I had mutiple concerns such as the possible market conditions after my 2yr lock-in eg stagflation and Amanda was very knowledgeable and confident in her advices. I can't recommend her enough so if u are looking for loan assistance, u shouldn't look elsewhere anymore.
