★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop cannot be trusted. They have an online store at Lazada called “Man of Steel”. Bought a $23 hansgrohe valve from them and there was a large deep scratch in front. After a long dispute, they agree for us to return it for replacement. After returning it, they purposely rejected our return/refund in Lazada system and then claim to want to send us a replacement. Waited for replacement and no reply, then tell us they are pending for Lazada “airway bill”. However Lazada told us nothing can be done as they already rejected our return/refund.
Now we are left hanging without our item and all they can reply is “pending for Lazada”. We are going to file a report with CASE.
Don’t trust your money with this scamming company! You have been warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible products and service. I purchased and installed touch-less faucet for my business and the piece of junk didn't even last a year before malfunctioning. They couldn't even be bothered to send someone to repair. This is anything but a "premium" supplier. Find your products elsewhere!
