★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 6 hours to get a steering cone fixed. Claimed to use only torque wrench. When home from kaki bukit to marsiling without steering cone lock. The boss will tell all kind of sad stories, how others wanna bring him and business down but not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my handle bar fixed, totally worth the wait. Would recommend irwin if you wanna get your bike done :))) overall aura of the workshop is very welcoming. Would come back again in the future

I really appreciate the attention to detail and the exceptional service! You've earned yourself a happy and repeat customer :)

The service was tip top and the mechanic was super friendly and made me comfortable while waiting for my bike to be done as there were a few riders in front of me. Advise me that there’s nothing much that needs to be changed as some of the parts are still good. Definitely will come again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top overhaul my bike at this shop. Came back 100% satisfied with the results. Perfect workmanship, friendly, open minded and honest. Doesn't overcrowd like workshops @ KB Synergy. They promised a proper check before proceeding the requested repair. Took a reasonable amount of time to do everything perfectly. Highly recommend! You can even collect points for normal servicing and will get free servicing after a few.
