light tasting soup but its delicious. the flavour profile is more sweet than savoury because of the radish they used. overall a competent bowl of pig organ soup

Highly recommended. Not the typical peppery or sour vegetable soup but broth is rich with fresh pork flavour. There is a good variety of items that can be added to the meal. Added pig skin, pork liver and pork balls and the bowl was filled generously with ingredients. Super worth it and I ate until very full.

The best umami pork soup in Singapore, helmed by Mr Chuk and his lovely wife! Always a pleasure having the delicious pork soup

One of the best pork soup around this whole market area. Place is clean and operated by a couple. Soup is not those Bak Kut Teh pepper soup. It's more like Pho clear pork soup. I added 5 more ingredients to the normal meal. Overall, one of the most satisfying meal one can ever have.

My all time favorite pork organ soup. The organs and meat are clean and the meat are tender not over cooked. The soup is rich yet clean and sweet, not heavy or porky. Best still I can do ala carte and choose the combo I want. Must try is their meatballs and egg sausage. Stall owners are very friendly. Only improvement is that I will ask them to cook the liver a bit less cooked, but I think its a personal preference.. Also I have been asking for pork lard and pork lard oil to add even more oomph to their soup. Haha.

The owner was earnest when introducing the stall, and the food definitely lived up to it. Ordered the Pork Organ Soup for $4.50. The soup was light yet flavorful, and the portions of pork organ was generous. Added 3 of their homemade meat balls for $1.50 and it was nice too. Will come back again if Iโ€™m in the area.

Very neat and modern hawker stall that offers Vietnamese-inspired (?) pork organ soup ็Œชๆ‚ๆฑค. Ingredients were very fresh. Unfortunately, I found the taste underwhelming. Waiting time was also a bit too long even though there were only two people in front of me.

The pork balls here are out of the world. I always order two portions of that. And then add on offal, which are fresh and just nice cooked. The owner takes pride in his food and packaging. Look how thoughtfully he arranged the tapao food for me so I could enjoy it even when home! Thanks for even giving me a saucer. All biodegradable packaging too. One thing I'd hope to see improvement on: The soup is great, but I always feel thirsty after drinking it. Now I'm planning when to eat the pork balls next.
