★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ER experience. I arrived i was asked to be seated and fill up a 2 page form even tho I was in severe pain.
After that and basic check up, they asked me to wait for dr for 20 mins until I asked to please let me lay down on bed.
45 mins after dr arrived.
And he was so worried about covid (even tho i was negative and didn’t have covid symptoms) that he wasn’t comfortable to check my throat etc.
anyway the worst part was when the junior nurse had to take my blood. He did it in the most painful way and he was extremely stressed. He even mentioned sorry its my first time. Which is not what you want to hear when you are feeling absolutely sick.
I threw up fainted right after the blood test and they couldn’t provide what was the reason. Dr only arrived 15 mins after i fainted.
This is ER and people should feel safe !! This is the last time I will visit Mount Elizabeth ER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's getting more and more a hospital especially catered for foreigners. Yet the manpower isn't there to handle it. Waited to do an X Ray and it took almost an hour. Gone are the days of "private" hospital. The Q is SGH is even faster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor I am seeing is not willing to listen, good at his talking. The nurse who took the blood from my son is not very skilled, succeed in third attempt. Became anxious while trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and kind staff & doctor, when i do full medical check up here, it just need take time around 1 week to get the result and i think that's fast enough. if i need anything surely i will be back here to see the doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst their service is obviously top notch (with pricey tags too), but certainly worth every penny if you want tip top health service quality. I’ve unfortunately had to be warded twice this year and I’ve been upgraded to their Royal suite on both occasions. To be honest I didn’t particularly feel comfortable given it was prob too big for a single person to stay in a 60m square room! Nurses are extremely dedicated and passionate and they truly care.
Food was amazing too by the way! Prata and curry was not bad given its a hospital!! Even on the 2nd time where I could barely eat due to a tonsillectomy, I managed to force down some really tasty chicken consumee, sliced fish soup and longan jelly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this for total knee replacement for both my knees. The surgeon was excellent as far as I can say yet. The nurses are very willing and friendly. Physiotherapy is excellent. The hospital though charges hundreds of S$ for a double bedder which has the charm of a simple garage but not even a visitors chair. Choice of food is very good. In Malaysia or Thailand you can find similar treatment for half of the price. And yes, I live since twenty years in SEA and like Singapore.
