Excellent venue for Wakes , very clean and neat with all requirements if family members would to stay overnight Sam the person in charge was great help and very accommodating for what ever was needed during the time we were there . The cleaning aunty was very thorough in making sure the place was clean and tidy . I would surely recommend the venue for future wakes

Great venue for a wake. Place is decently sized and with the current 2 pax restrictions per table can sit about 18 people comfortably. decent amount of parking nearby and 300m away from the MRT. might not be the easiest place to find but google maps direction should be fine.

The staff were very helpful, and everything worked correctly and to a good standard. I had no problem in conducting the funeral with the facilities at hand. (Air conditioning, stereo system, televsision, wifi etc.) Wifi was strong enough to sustain a livestream of the wake for relatives abroad to attend. Clean, well-maintained and with an ambient quality to their presentation.The facilities gave me one less thing to worry about and truly took a load of my mind during this difficult period. I was able to focus on the taxing administrative aspect of a funeral, and I would say that the quality of the facilities were instrumental to preserving my sanity and energy during a very trying time.

Parlour halls are nicely renovated with high ceiling. Scandinavian decor. Tranquil atmosphere when you step in. Peaceful setting and conducive environment.

A peaceful and conducive place for a intimate wake. The estate may not look like much from the outside, but inside Mt Vernon Sanctuary, the place is very elegant and conducive for a quiet time of reflection and mourning. Restrooms and a private family room is also provided, all well furnished. Sam taking care of the hall, was also very accommodating and understanding to our requests during the wake.

Mount Vernon sanctuary, is one if the best places to hold a wake. Clean, easy access and very serene. Friendly staff, Sam is very accommodating and very knowledgeable. All my clients who have hired their parlours only had good things to say. Thank you Sam.

Mount Vernon Sanctuary took very good care of all the logistics and arrangements, allowing us to mourn our loved one peacefully. We were blessed to have them around and deeply appreciate the support from every member of their team during this difficult time. ??

We had used the original Mt Vernon in the tranquil green area before and when we heard that Mt Vernon Sanctuary had reopened, we hoped for a similar green environment. But when we first saw the outside, its clearly in an industrial estate, and the green trees (on their website) were nowhere to be seen. But we walked inside and the high cathedral ceiling and wooden interior immediately appealed to us. Compared to the other parlours in Singapore, I think this is still the most peaceful and tranquil. We were non-denominational so no religious backdrops, just flowers and it looked very good. The interior is wood and there are wall niches to place the flowers (weird to say wreaths as those are traditionally round) sent by well-wishers. With the flowers all around, and the wood, the hall looks really peaceful. There is music (Spotify), a TV for playing pictures, and you get your own key so you can stay as long as you want. Or even stay overnight. There is a family room at the back but I didn't use it. Also a private bathroom (both shower and toilet). Parking isn't easy but our guests all managed so it's okay I guess. Overall, outside doesn't look good but we were all pleased by the place.
