★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my bike here and thought everything went on smoothly. Until on the very first day, i encountered an issue. The fuel sensor as well as the speedometer was faulty! Few weeks after, the piston block was having issues as well. It was leaking. To make things worse, not only i had to fork out more money for the issues, the mechanic was also rude when i told him the issues that i’ve faced. He had no sense of urgency at all eventhough there were a few customers waiting for their bikes to be fixed. He took his own sweet time to buy his food and proceeded to eat infront of us. To be honest, he’s the WORST and the LAZIEST mechanic I’ve ever encountered in my entire life! Why was he even hired???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this shop! Lots of sweet talks. They would give all your wants. Once you are tied with them. Thats it! They will bloody suck your blood. Worst bike shop ever. They will find fault & anyhow repossess your bike. You will be in the losing end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't understand why this shop doesnt have bank transfer for Installment payment. The salesman puts a lot of effort into selling you their bike however, make sure to do some research their prices were more than other shops. Worst part is even after paying so much money for your bike they still want you to pay the $25 fee for ownership transfer. Best buy bike from some of the other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales are not professional and never served customer well enough. Oops, is never served at all. I attend to their shop for enquirers but seem to be they are not interested to serve you. They just sitting down there and mutter you off with unfaithfulness attitude; can be said as dog eyes looking. I very doubtful with those said Albert Motor is good in services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a CBF190TR from Boon in Oct 2020. He tried his very best to get me the best COE available and offered other freebies when I said I don't want box and rack. Aftersales was also good, he was responsive towards queries about the bike. Price is not the lowest in town but customer service is good (can't say for other people in AMS but Boon is very helpful).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really attitude. I came so far to sincerely look at the bike and was given attitude. Bike was against the wall and couldn't see the other side and the sales person just ask me to view like that by shifting it a little. Then he start to judge me by saying things like I am not experienced when I have been riding for more than 20 years. Not sincere to do business at all even when I have cash on me to pay in full for a class 2 bike. There are so many options out there. This shop is indeed "famous" and I take it as an experience.

Their customer service sucks big time. I walk in and they don't even acknowledge you. They also smoke infront of you. Atleast can be abit considered infront of customers but nope
