★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming setting for a co-working space. Really helpful and friendly staff, tasteful furniture especially in the lounge and co working spaces that feel luxurious. Lots of places to grab a bite nearby and given the location is right by somerset, convinient for transportation. Would highly recommend it.
Plus points:
1. Fridge provided to store any food
2. free storage if you do not want to bring laptop back.
3.9am -8pm operating hours for people who work long hours
4. Variety of coffee, tea and snacks are provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great co-working space that is well managed by the management team. Unlike big chains where there is a lot of issues when it comes with working with the management, a focused team running the place makes it easy to request help.
The environment is also conducive with a nice ambience. The design of the open area provides a nice view, making work in office very enjoyable. Highly recommended for those who want to work near the central with easy access to shopping centers and a convenient location.

Recently, they have added a new purifier that has helped to keep the place safer and neater.
Given it is only a minute away from Somerset MRT makes it a very stress-free journey to and from home. Come down and see this place for yourself!

The hotdesk is well furbished and lit, and it has been a very productive place to work in. The community manager, Pamela, is also very friendly and helpful!
Another thing that I loved was the place's close proximity to Somerset MRT, which has made it very easy for me to commute to work. Highly recommend this place for work and general office use :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My team and I from Finalix had our corporate photoshoot done at the boutique co-working space, The General Room, conveniently located near Somerset MRT. We had a great time!
The amenities are great - luxurious lounge area, well-furbished meeting rooms and a pantry/bar area. It was truly a great setting for our photos which turned out so well and professional. A big thank you to Pamela who was so kind and understanding, and assisted us throughout the whole process of viewing the space, booking, and on the photoshoot day itself.
I highly recommend The General Room if you are looking for the perfect setting for your corporate photos, and also for your hot-desking/co-working needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classy ambience and well-lit. Have been working at TGR for 1 month at the dedicated desk and loving it so far! Comes with a monitor which is great to boost productivity. A USB-C to HDMI adapter is provided as well, which I thought is really thoughtful!
Tried working at the hot desk areas for 2 days (via a free trial) prior to committing to a DD. The hot desk area has different variations of spaces to cater to different group sizes. There are also waiting areas / discussion corners :)
People working here are generally quite considerate when it comes to chatting / taking calls in the common area (not too loud). Would recommend those interested to give the free trial a go :) Oh, and if you're sick of working, you can always hit Pamela (the community manager here) up for a good chat ?
