Do not go to MPL if you like to employ a domestic helper. My personal experience with them is lousy and they lack in after sales services and follow up. My maids were sent home for months and they have not processed the cheques for refund of insurance policies.

Do not go to MPL if you like to employ a domestic helper. Completely bad experience with them is lousy and they lack in after sales services and follow up. NO quality control simply just to get out all maids and closed you order, they take one year to processed the Cheques for my refund. I went to MPL applied domestic helper to take care of my bedridden 88 years old mother. I suffer in “ Five month changing of four main” I have seek help from the MP to write an email to MOM and CASE to complaint about MPL. The first domestic helper came to Singapore and had requested to go home right after we have arranged her medical check- up, hence she did not fulfilled her contract with us. The second domestic helper was not able in taking care of the disable elderly and almost caused my mother fallen from the wheelchair or bed in many occasions. The third domestic helper ran away to MOM after 4 days of work with many false f accusations against us to MOM after she started work for 4 days. I have clarified the issues to your officer during the face to face interview at MOM. The fourth domestic helper requested to go back to her agency after working for two weeks with us. She was unhappy that my brother constantly reminded her daily work chores. She has even gone to the extent to accuse my brother of trying to molest her in order to justify her leaving. But later she has admitted that she lied when we went to the agency to have a talk with her together with her agent as witness. For all this case issue ,MPL not even say a word ”Sorry” just like very regularly case.
