โ โ โ โ โ Poor experience with the quality of mixing that the do for the ice cream. I ate mostly ice like a sorbet instead of the nice cream. Also have had poor experience with the quality of pearly taro they mix.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very bad service. Service staff did not bother to listen to my full order before starting to prepare the order.
Also ordered a pandan cheese cake but received a red bean instead.
Not going back for such poor standards and expensive prices.

โ โ โ โ โ I know which staff is grumpy. The fat one with the pony tail. She said i need to say which app im using. She could have said it politely but she scolded me when i showed her my phone. The rest of the staffs are ok. That's why many reviews claimed the service is terrible.

โ โ โ โ โ Standard of the pancake has drop over the years. Not only this outlet all of the outlet in town too. Pancake they serve use to have a soft & smooth texture now no more it taste hard & dry. For soya bean & beancurd still taste ok. Do not recommend If you like to taste the pancake as not worth and find better pancake else where. Their Icy Soya Milk used to be my favourite from their store but this item have been removed from their menu.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered tuna, repeated it twice and she repeated it too. Charged me $1.90 (price for tuna) for it but gave me peanut instead.
I'm allergic to peanuts but good thing I narrowly avoided it.
Clearly lots of negative reviews, in dire need of retraining
