Made an appointment with the clinic weeks before. They dont even bother to call back and inform that they are closed. I still woke up super early to avoid crowd and plan to reach around 930am. Really wasting of time.

According to my mum's experience, the lady doctor who attended to her was very patient and has good attention to details. My mother had a good experience at Redwood.

The doctor and staff were friendly, polite and professional despite the space being such a small one. They did not try to rush me or others like some clinics do.

[Updated] I swear I will never come back to this clinic for any reason, either seeing a doctor or for medical check up. I’ve always been frustrated by the staff every time I visit, except my first visit. 1) I come at 2 pm right after they open and I waited 1hr with people cut in. Very low efficiency as I saw the staff went to street to find the previous patient because hers was incomplete. Also got this man cut in because doctor thinks it’s “emergency”… Interesting to see someone comes down to GP for emergency. 2)I’m coming for my PR check up. I called the clinic and they tell me they can do: with what is not told is that need to go to another place for X-ray, not sure how long it takes to get the report and doctor is on leave next week so nobody can sign when she’s around. ——>Very speechless, I can’t say she’s wrong, she’s just not telling me all these sidenotes. It’s irritating though. [Original] I went there in the evening after work and my doctor is a male young doctor, he is very helpful and patient and referred me to A&E for further test? Very very clean clinic, best in the area!!

Decided to take my HPV G4 vaccine w them and took my first 2 doses in September 2021 and November 2021. I am due for the last dose in March 2022 where they called to tell me they do not have anymore stock for G4. (Firstly, should'nt they prepare the last dose in advance, prior to my appointment to ensure that I, an existing patient gets the last and complete dose of my vaccine? Secondly, they blamed the manufacturer and mentioned there is no more stock locally as the manufacturer stopped producing G4 vaccines) I asked them for a solution and what should I do now if I've only done 2 out of 3 doses of G4. They said they don't know and when I asked for a pro-rated refund, they refused and told me to try another clinic and ask another doctor. I then asked if I can still opt for G9 and if I need to take the 3 doses again, they then told me they don't know anything about the vaccines. When I tried to call back, it seems like they blocked my number, because when I used another phone to call right after and it called through. This is seriously ridiculous.

I wish I could give zero stars as this clinic definitely deserved it. The old female clinic assistant is just plain rude and grumpy. The clinic was supposed to close at 5pm and when I reached at around 410pm, she just told me that the clinic is closed and they are very busy. Turning away a sick patient because of laziness and refusing to work overtime is just unprofessional. The doctor is alright but just the service staff are horrendous.

Reaching 45mins before the end of operating hours may lead you to be rejected by the reception from seeing the doctor. Instead of suggesting you return at 6pm for the next appointment slot, the reception suggests you see the doctor the next morning instead. Visit the clinic only for non-urgent cases because there is no guarantee the reception will allow you to register.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Easily the worst clinic I've been to in Singapore. For every little thing, they demand you come into the clinic to consult with the doctor, even if you just need more meds. They say this is standard practice, but We aren't stupid, we know this is just a money grab. So many other clinics don't require a consultation each time I visit the doctor. What's worse, I'm still on day 3 of my Covid 19 Isolation. It's mandatory that I stay home and don't go out. I called them to ask for more meds because they only gave me 2 days worth, and they said I should come into the clinic to see the doctor. What a joke. This clinic is right next to my house. I will gladly venture out to other clinics that are further just so I don't have to go to this clinic again. I highly recommend you don't go to this clinic.
