★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting NK (Anchor Point Outlet) since Jul 20. Chloe was the one who have been serving me eversince. She did a thorough explanation on my hair and scalp condition on my first visit after which followed up on all my visits. She's skilful, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly. Would also like to complement Ken and Jay coz 2 of them did attend to me too, Generally all staff here are just as skilful, polite and friendly. They will help one another. I'm very pleased with the service and staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't think the cut suited me, it was layered too finely and the shape was not flattering in my view. The hairdresser also asked way too many personal questions and talked too much for a first visit, and tried selling a package at the end of the visit.
