F	First Virtue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard fare so you know what you’re getting if you’re familiar with the brand. Cashier speaks with a weird slang ($ four forddy) and didn’t bother to check that numbers are served in running order. I watched people who ordered after me get their drinks/ big orders first and leave, completely unacceptable.
F	Foul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cancelled my order because they were to busy? we ordered on grab at arnd 6 , it said it wld be ready by 730 but it changed to 830 so we waited until 748 when they cancelled our order.

S	S R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this and the Coconut Queen from Takashimaya (for the same drink - Original Coconut Shake with 0 sugar). Have to say this is much better than the Coconut Queen, the coconut taste from this store is authentic while that from Coconut Queen is rather artificial.

T	Thom Jean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service. When I placed my order, the queue number was 59. I got a queue number of 61. The sign in the counter said 5-10 mins wait. I have been standing here for 20 minutes and I have not gotten my drink. I look inside and I see the staff prioritising bulk orders from whatever delivery app and my drink still hasn't been prepared.

Pro tip: order the Coconut Shake with 0 (zero) sugar and no toppings and thank me later. It was great! Perfect refreshing drinks. 25% of sugar is still too much for me (and I can tolerate sweetness usually). At first I also ordered nata de coco topping and it was too much, you can hardly feel the Coconut Shake because every sip comes with tonnes of nata de cocos. Seamless payment system because you order by yourselves in the counter.
g	gwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on a Monday afternoon, staff were very friendly and polite. Every single customer served was greeted energetically upon arriving and leaving with the drinks. Even though some people might think that the self ordering kiosk removed the whole “customer service aspect”, their friendliness and greetings made up for everything. The self ordering kiosk is much better for me, it’s really easy and convenient to use. A pity that the outlet did not had a tip box like other outlets.
